When you first contact Soil Solutions you will be assigned to a residential tank or sewer project manager. This project manager will be your primary contact and will handle your project from the initial phone call through to completion. You will not see your project manager performing the inspections or repairs at your property. We have found that our project managers are able to do be more effective remaining in the office, always available to answer your questions and send out your paperwork as soon as you need it. At your property you will see our trained field staff completing the inspections or repairs. The field crew supervisor is in constant communication with your project manager allowing them to address site specific issues as they arise. Additionally, the crew supervisor supplies the project manager with numerous digital photos to document the progress of your project. You can be assured that throughout the project you will be working with trained professionals both in our office and in your yard.
